The new installations include: air conditioning by conduct in the whole flat, radiators in the bathrooms, walk-in showers with hydromassage columns, walk-in closets in some of the bedrooms or, alternatively, plenty of space for wardrobes, including a dedicated space for the washing machine with doors made from original doors.

Windows are all double glazed, which ensures perfect sound and temperature insulation. There is plenty of space for storage.

Each detail has been studied to create the perfect balance of natural original materials, colours, elegance, modern comfort, and historical value.

The renovation and the design are of very high quality, and they perfectly combine with elements difficult to find in this this neighborhood, such as the living space, the opening on two side of facade (as well as on a large interior patio), the abundance of natural light, the lift, and the optimal distribution planned to ensure the best usage of the space with the maximum comfort and organisation.

The renovation is not finished yet but is in the final stages. The apartment can therefore be visited now because most rooms have been completed. Only the restoration of the carpentry requires a little time. Indeed, it is done in a traditional way, by hand, and the pieces of antique metal are re-forged.

A very similar flat is available, with the same features, on the third floor. It is therefore one floor less above the street but its ceilings are 15cm higher. Moreover, its distribution and different orientation provide a second option of choice for a renovated apartment according to the same criteria of quality and design.
